Key Features
  • Enhanced operational ease with a built-in control box-Saves space on the research bench and increases overall efficiency.
  • Easy-to-read digital display facilitates readings in dimly lit environments.
  • One-touch switch changeover provides choice of 1% spot or 35% integrated average measurement. The 1% spot measurement is indispensable for fluorescence and darkfield photomicrography, where measured area is indicated by a reticle when seen through the finder
  • Features same 100% to-the-film swing-out beam splitter system and direct projection lens system as the U-III and P-III for faster exposures and better images
  • The H-III employs a Nikon-original light detector allowing exposure measurement with great precision in not only brightfield, but also darkfield and fluorescence.
  • Use of almost any available film is possible with film speed settings from ISO 6 to 20,000. Exposure compensation dial permits exposure compensation from 2 to +2 in increments of 1/3 for a total of 13 steps.
  • AE lock function for storing exposure times in memory by simply sliding a switch.
  • Wide range of accessories available such as Large Format Adapter, Half Frame Photomask, Data Back, Focusing Magnifier, and Projection Lenses 2x, 2.5x, 4x and 5x.
